Fashion has been a personal passion of mine since I was very young. I developed a love of shopping at a young age and would spend hours putting together outfits and devouring fashion magazines in my bedroom. When the time came to select my area of study, I knew that I needed to incorporate my love of fashion into my career path.
I studied retail merchandising and fashion studies at the University of Minnesota, discovering the ins and outs of the industry and cultivating my own unique point of view. Learning the business side of retail was a unique challenge and allowed me to develop a deeper appreciation for the industry and its nuances. I developed a keen understanding of the retail landscape and the strategies required to navigate this dynamic world. Additionally, these courses helped me to craft an eye for detail, further understand the trend curve, and establish an exceptional work ethic.
As a creative professional with nearly ten years of retail and fashion experience, I’m thrilled to share my passion for fashion with others through styling. I love connecting with others and helping them discover the joy and confidence that great outfits can bring to their lives. I believe that a great wardrobe is comprised of versatile pieces that can be styled in endless different ways. A well-curated closet is the ultimate toolkit to create a variety of different looks and outwardly express one’s personal style.
